We are happy to offer this service to you, in fact we are the only company that makes this service available because we although some other hat shops may be able to block a good hat body they are not able to repair the straws if their are any broken ones or if they try they simply glue the straws but we can actually Remove a broken straw and replace it with a new straw! This process is very tedious and very difficult to do so we only service our hats in this manner - Sorry.
