Panesar Foods, one of the UK leading manufacturers of speciality foods, has selected Birmingham based ATMS plc to provide its warehouse management and supply chain tracking systems for its new warehousing facility in Tipton, West Midlands. Jas Panesar, Operations-Director of Panesar Foods commented "We selected ATMS on the basis of their understanding of both warehouse optimisation and of the particular needs of the food manufacturing industry. The ATMS Warehouse Management System will work hand in hand with the Panesar Foods manufacturing and order processing systems and will also provide track and trace across all the company's sites. Full use will be made of the functionality provided for traceability, recipe, yield management and quality control.
