Pangara is a freelancer platform that connects the top 2% of the freelancer network in South East Asia with clients worldwide. Pangara uses a customised, unique, qualification process to gather and offer only the best of the best of the huge freelancer network in South East Asia. Our founders are Swedish, and Pangara currently has offices in Saigon and Malmö. Pangara was built and founded by the team at fram^, a Swedish-Vietnamese group of companies focused on building teams of top tier Vietnamese online specialists. After having witnessed the power of connecting Vietnam's top talents to the rest of the world, the team came to the conclusion that they needed to reinvent their own business and develop a global platform that could scale the talent-employer interaction far beyond the borders of Vietnam and the walls of fram^. This is how Pangara was born.
