This has made Federal Pardon Waiver Services the fastest growing and largest Pardon and Waiver providers in Canada. By staying up-to-date with all the legislative and procedural changes concerning both Canadian Pardon (Record Suspension) and U.S. Waiver applications and by working on and submitting nearly 10,000 applications per year, we have the experience and competence to provide the fastest and most accurate applications, thus allowing our clients to travel freely and use their skills and capabilities to enrich their lives to the fullest, without the hindrance of a past mistake! Every one of our clients is special and so too are their needs. We take great care to make sure that your unique situation is understood and that your application is completed and presented in the best possible light to ensure the best possible outcome! You will never be asked to pay extra for expedited services because all of our clients applications are a priority. Federal Pardon Waiver Services was established in January 2011 to assist individuals with obtaining a Canadian Record Suspension (Pardon) and/or a U.S. Entry Waiver of Grounds of inadmissibility and/or arrest record destruction. We can assist anyone who has been convicted of a criminal offence in Canada to obtain a Record Suspension (Pardon) so that they may confidently proceed with their lives as productive, law-abiding citizens without the hindrance of a past mistake. We do so by doing all the leg work required to obtain the necessary information from the RCMP, Courts and Police. We have the knowledge and experience to know where to get the necessary information, what to extrapolate from all those documents and subsequently complete the application for a Record Suspension so that all the "I's" are dotted, "T's" are crossed and that our clients' applications are presented in the best possible light. Essentially, we take all the guesswork out of competently completing an application for a Canadian Record Suspension (Pardon). Since we have to wait for documentation from the RCMP, followed by the conviction record from the Court, followed by the results of a Local Police Check, we are somewhat at the mercy of these institutions and their timelines and agendas for replying to our requests. Therefore, it's impossible to predict with any degree of certainty the amount of time required to complete an application for a Record Suspension and have it ready for submission to the Parole Board of Canada. Having said that, we have established very efficient administrative procedures to ensure expedient results and on average we complete an application in 4-6 months. These administrative procedures coupled with our knowledge and experience have allowed us to enjoy a better than 98% success rate in having our clients' applications approved by the Parole Board of Canada. Similarly, Federal Pardon Waiver Services completes U.S. Entry Waiver applications for Canadian Citizens with criminal records wishing to travel to the United States of America. We gather the necessary information from the RCMP and Courts as well as assist our clients in writing an impact statement by providing parameters and guidance. On average this application also takes approximately 4-6 months to complete. Lastly, for those people who do not have a criminal record in Canada but were arrested and have an arrest record, we can assist them in getting the fingerprints and photographs from the arrest destroyed and the arrest record purged.
