Founded in 2012 as an underground roastery and pocket square-sized espresso bar, Parlor's roastery and headquarters now sit on the border of Brooklyn's historic Navy Yard. Roasting to order every Sunday through Thursday, the team behind Parlor Coffee is dedicated to raising the bar of coffee culture in NYC and beyond.
