PIC provides bilingual staff, French / English communication and / or correspondence at the request of the CIBC customer. Our Voice mail system currently offers both French and English services. Additionally we can speak with customers whose mother tongue is Arabic, Cantonese, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Punjabi, Mandarin, Sinhalese, Spanish, and Tamil.
