PaySpace is a product brand of the Insight IT Group . The company was established in 2000 in Johannesburg, South Africa and has grown PaySpace into the leader in online Payroll and HR solutions. The four founding entrepreneurs have created a company with a culture of constant innovation, efficiency, ease of use and friendly professional support. With over 60 years experience in the industry across various types of Payroll and HR environments, the founders have built a benchmark product that services organisations, regardless of size, by allowing them doing things more dynamically and more intelligently than ever before, while giving access to relevant and valuable information at anytime, anywhere and with significantly less burden than legacy Payroll and HR systems. PaySpace is a business tool that currently assists hundreds of businesses to grow and drive their business processes with the complete confidence that they are using the benchmark of today's available Payroll and HR management systems. As a result of our product and technology teams designing and architecting PaySpace from scratch we were able to take advantage of the following benefits: No legacy technology needs to be preserved and worked around - legacy systems are complex because they rely on technology developed 25 years ago and therefore require complicated integrations and bolt-on additions to deal with changing requirements of todays business. One of the group's founding projects was an online payroll and HR solution for domestic and farm workers namely, www.uifsolutions.co.za. With the challenge of delivering a solution to the biggest employment sector in the country we dedicated our effort towards usability without neglecting flexibility. The result is that we now administer the biggest privately owned payroll and HR bureau specifically for the domestic employer market. We are a member of the South African Payroll Association and the Payroll Authors Group .
