PBI BaseGuard is a proprietary 3 fiber blend that begins with PBI fiber, the world's leading inherently flame-resistant and thermally stable fiber. The second fiber is Lenzing FR®, an inherently flame resistant natural fiber that offers unique moisture management properties that help prevent heat stress and heat stroke. Third, TENCEL®, a "GREEN" fiber that provides strength and inhibits bacteria growth by transporting excess moisture. All fibers are Berry Compliant and the fabric is proudly made in the USA.
