Pacific Continental Engines

Pacific Continental Engines (PCE) was founded in 1961 by Justus "Jud" Jackson. After serving in two wars and retiring out of the Air Force, Jud started PCE at Van Nuys Airport. Going into its fourth generation under the ownership of his son, John Jackson, many new services and products were added. PCE specializes in the overhaul of both Continental and Lycoming engines and their associated accessories and components. Through individual focus and group commitment we pride ourselves on producing a safe reliable product and a quality service. Our facility is now located in Simi Valley, CA. Offering a full service engine shop, and new installation avionics shop, PCE has become one of the leading service organizations in support of general aviation. We are equipped with the latest machinery to provide a full array of services ranging from ultrasonic cleaning, media blasting, ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection, computerized engine balancing, accessory/component repair and overhaul, cylinder repair and overhaul, propeller strike inspections, specialized machining, cylinder barrel honing, and final engine test. In addition, we also provide new avionics installations at our facility on Van Nuys Airport. If we don't do it, we know where to get it done. PCE only utilizes well known industry established vendors, and we are factory distributors for Precision Airmotive, Marvel Schebler, Tempest, Challenger Aviation Products, Garmin, and Avidyne.
