PD&E

PD & E, LLC is a Joint Venture formed by ProDyn, LLC and EPES Building Maintenance Co. Inc. in March of 2008. ProDyn LLC was created in 2003 by Jason M. Burton and EPES Building Maintenance Co. Inc. was established in 1978 by Stephen J. Burton. As a team, ProDyn, LLC and EPES Building Maintenance Co. Inc. provides grounds maintenance to the United States Naval Academy, Dahlgren Naval Support Activity and Indian Head Naval Support Activity. ProDyn, LLC, the majority firm in this joint venture is an experienced Government contractor that has demonstrated its ability to manage complex government service projects, including grounds maintenance at the United States Air Force Expeditonary School (formerly the Air Mobility Warfare Center), Lakehurst Naval Air Station located in New Jersey, Marine Corps Air Station and Naval Hospital in Beaufort, South Carolina, March Air Reserve Base in California, Dahlgren Naval Support Activity in Virginia, Indian Head Naval Support Activity in Maryland, Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona and Moody Air Force Base in Georgia. ProDyn also provides commissary support services to the Defense Commissary Agency at Fort Monmouth, West Point, Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base and Kingsville Naval Air Station.
