PDS prides itself on employee retention and strives to ensure that each and every employee has a comfortable and happy working environment in order to get the best possible performance out of them. This week PDS were pleased to present a bottle of champagne and a thanks to 8 of its employees that have reached the 10 years' service line for their loyalty to the company. The employees completing their 10 years' service were Chris Porter, Ian Marland, Neil Kershaw, Matthew Crossley, Dexter May, Stuart Painter, Paul Dawson, Patricia Doherty and Stephen O'Connor who play a variety of roles, each crucial to the success of the business and how PDS operate. Unfortunately Patricia and Steven weren't available for the photograph however rest assured they will be receiving their bottle of champagne. PDS wish to thank each of these employees for their loyalty, commitment and effort during their ten years employment.
