Pearce Construction Company is a complete construction services firm, offering design-build and fast-track construction in addition to traditional lump sum bids in the fields of commercial, industrial, and private development. Operating primarily in the north Alabama and south central Tennessee area, the primary mission of Pearce Construction has always been to provide high quality service, competitively priced and delivered in a timely fashion. Pearce Construction Company, Inc. was founded in June of 1982 by Henon W. "Hank" Pearce, Jr. Lewis Price joined Hank in January of 1983 and subsequently invested in the company. Bruce Mullin joined the company in 1987 and Patrick Haga joined the firm in 2001. Together this management team grew the company from a startup to a dominant player in its market area. In 2005 Hank Pearce began making plans to transition his ownership and the management of the Company to his long term partners.
