Our catering staff is trained to serve events of all sizes - from small to large, from casual to sophisticated, we can make any event successful. Whether it's a cocktail party for 50 friends or a corporate event for 500, our goal is always the same; to exceed all expectations. Our catering staff is flexible with menu development and will work within your budget. Executive Chef Kevin Kennedy is skilled at developing a menu to fit your needs, whether it is themed, traditional, or contemporary selections. We also have several menus to help in creating your menu. Our menu is the creation of northwest acclaimed chef, Kevin Kennedy. Chef Kennedy possesses over 20 years of culinary experience. He boasts a resume that includes an Executive Chef title at Salishan Lodge, The Pavilion Grill, Captain Whidbey Inn, Sun Mountain Lodge and La Casa del Zoro. He is heavily involved in the Portland community and has organized such local charitable events as the 2002 Iron Chef Competition, the Oregon Pinot Noir Camp and the annual International Pinot Noir Celebration.
