Locally owned and operated, Pegasus Restaurant in the Town of Hamburg prides itself on quality food available at reasonable prices that is prepared and served in a family-style atmosphere. Now in their tenth years of operation, Pegasus is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night meals from an extensive menu featuring close to 200 items. Breakfast specials inlude choices such as NY Strip Steak and eggs, chocolate chip pancakes, Greek omelettes and Belgian waffles. Lunch and dinner include the popular open souvlaki and open gyro specialty sandwiches along with a wide selection of burgers, both roast beef and chicken dinners, pita wraps, and seafood dishes. Friday evenings feature the Pegasus Fish Fry and both the broiled fish and Fisherman\'s Seafood Delight dishes.
