Person Directed Supports

Person Directed Supports, Inc. offers Home Based Services to those that are currently living with their families or independently. Home Based Services involves supports coming to a person's home to assist them with their individual needs. Every person is different. Some individuals may need more intensive support, while others require only a few hours each week. Home Based Services can include a variety of different support, determined by the individual, their needs, and the input of their family and supporters. Some such Home Based Services include: Medication administration/monitoring Assistance with medical/psychiatric appointments and follow-ups Assistance with daily living skills including personal hygiene, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, cooking, etc. Accompaniment to social activities to increase socialization Assistance with personal finances Assistance in linking in with community resources.
