The simple answer is that we care and we educate. We care about our crew members, the communities we work with and in, the environment surrounding each job site, and the quality of service we provide. Each member of the Petrelli Electric Inc. organization goes through extensive safety training. Starting with Red Cross CPR & AED certification classes where our members learn the life saving techniques needed to be effective in an emergency situation. Safety is a part of each crew member's job. Participation and adherence to the Safety Program is a condition of employment. All of Petrelli Electric Inc.'s employees are provided with the most advanced safety gear and equipment available for their specific position. All of our foremen, linemen, crew members and employees conduct a thorough "Tailboard" conference prior to each work shift. These tailboards identify all aspects of the current job, safety requirements, environmental and hazardous conditions, and the crew's procedures to work safely to achieve them. Each crew member is trained to identify unsafe or hazardous conditions as a job progresses and to discuss with the other crew members how they will be safely managed.
