Petronor is a privately owned company with headquarters in Dubai, UAE. The company was founded in 2001 to provide services to the oil and gas industry in the Middle East and Africa with a specific focus on Iraq. Petronor is focused on building a profitable business based on strong relationships and outstanding service. Key Petronor staff have had a professional relationship with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil (MoO), South Oil Company (SOC) and North Oil Company (NOC) since the early 1980's. We believe in reducing risk in difficult operating environments by keeping a low profile, having the right people, and using the right technology. We have learned the most effective results in a volatile environment are achieved by focusing on our work and not our publicity and we carry this approach with clients. Petronor have conducted no business in the disputed KRG region and have had no contracts for the coalition forces. Our offices have always been located outside the International Zone (IZ).
