Pettinaro Management, LLC is a full service commercial real estate management company responsible for ensuring the highest performance of the Pettinaro +/- 4.5 million SF commercial real estate portfolio located in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. The services provided by Pettinaro Management include asset/property management, leasing agent representation, lease administration, accounting as well as long term strategic planning, project financing, status reporting, risk management, financial management,legal representation and marketing of all the existing properties and the over 1.5 million SF of future developments that are either approved or at some stage in the approval process. Pettinaro Management coordinates and works closely with Pettinaro's affiliated construction company, Pettinaro Construction Co., Inc., which provides development, architectural/engineering, construction and maintenance services. All this is managed primarily from its corporate headquarters located in Newport, Delaware. The commercial leasing staff is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, its trends and local variables, allowing it to price the properties accurately and fairly. Always working to seek out new prospects in an effort to increase revenues, the leasing staff is also responsible for marketing of the properties, and creating/implementing effective leasing plans. Experienced and eager to help, the leasing staff is always prepared to accommodate the varying needs of new tenants (our customers) in an effort to cultivate positive long-term working relationships. The commercial asset/property management staff possesses extensive knowledge of the best practices in commercial real estate management, operations, and maintenance. These professionals come from backgrounds with in-depth and hands on experience to better add value to the assets, and therefore the tenants.
