PFC International Company Limited ("PFC") was established in July 2004 and has two main lines of business; 1) independent wealth management, and 2) investment management. Our independent wealth management services aim to provide a one-stop shop for all your investment needs. For our Investment management services, we act as Investment manager for talented investment advisors focusing on Japanese equity and Japanese credit. PFC is responsible for the receipt of investment advice, trade execution, settlement, dealing with all service providers (Prime Broker, Auditor, Custodian, Administrator) client servicing, fund subscriptions and redemptions (in conjunction with the Administrator) and client reporting. The focus on operational matters allows the Japanese-based Investment Advisors to focus purely on portfolio management. PFC is licensed to provide services in relation to Unit Trusts, Mutual Funds and other forms of collective investment schemes, and is regulated by Securities and Futures Commission (CE No.: AMS211). PFC is also licensed to provide services relating to life assurance policies, expatriate pension contracts and other insurance linked products, and is a member of The Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers (Membership No.: 0379). In addition, PFC has been approved by the Estate Agents Authority to act as an agent to carry on estate agency work (Licence No.: C-039870)."
