PhaNgan Animal Care (PAC) provides nursing clinic for all basic illnesses and injuries of stray animals, as well as neutering, vaccination and a re-homing and adoption program. PAC does not operate as a shelter, we simply do not have the resources. Volunteering , donations and sponsorship are essential to PAC. PAC receives no official funding and relies heavily on the good will of the local community, tourists and friends of PAC.
