Phase3 Telecom was licensed as a National Long-distance telecommunications operator by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and o perate its network on Nigeria's power infrastructure with expansion into the ECOWAS region. Phase3 network covers over 7000km using its unique Right of Way (ROW) to deploy fiber infrastructure along high voltage power lines in West Africa. Headquartered in Abuja the company operates a fast growing effective and reliable fiber-optic backbone servicing many of West Africa's largest telecommunications operators, internet service providers (ISPs), government institutions, schools and universities, multinationals, corporate organizations, businesses, hospitals and residences.
