Petaluma Health Center

The Petaluma Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that strives to care for the "whole" individual by providing excellent care for all patients, regardless of one's ability to pay for services. The PHC is committed to 'integrative' health, wellness and prevention services - such as intensive case management and patient navigation services, and depression, anxiety and chronic pain management and exercise classes.
