It adopts a comprehensive, ambitious and realistic strategy plan for the period 2011 - 2016, as well as the SWOT analysis that forms an introductory part of the plan. That is considered a prerequisite and a preliminary step in the process of preparation for the work conducted there, as "failing to prepare assuredly means preparing to fail". The library staff makes intensive efforts to process the input, determine the output and to measure the compatibility of all these with the local and international quality standards. The website of PU's Library and Centre of Learning Resources will hopefully reflect a candid image of all the services provided, and form an effective means of interaction with the university community.
