With our impressive 6 depot coverage (Soon to be seven and 5), 70 highly trained staff and expert divisions, we are sure we can meet any of our customers' demands. To do this, we have introduced specialist divisions such as Arb and Grounds, Plant, Survey, Lifting and many more, to help meet the demand of our customers. As well as the above, we also have several dedicated divisions which include Survey, Safety and Lifting. Our Survey division doesn't just sell standard equipment, we had a purpose built calibration centre in our Pontypridd Depot so we can now offer calibrations on the specialist equipment in our line up. Our Safety Division is all about training. We have our own trainers and offer courses such as PASMA, IPAF, 23 Different Chainsaw Courses, First Aid, Harness Inspection, Abrasive Wheel, Cat and Genny and more. Our newly incorporated Lifting division, does all hire and sales as well as both in house and on site Loler testing. Not just for our own equipment, but also for our customers equipment ranging from standard lifting chains, shackles, tele-handlers, excavators and so on. Phoenix has an great range of dealerships which include Yanmar, Topcon, Ausa, Stihl, Ammann, Bosch, Duro, Ox and more. We feel that when we hire or sell to our clients, we only offer premium products to suit their needs and back this up with our excellent service. Not only do we sell these products, but we are also the warranty agents and aim to be on site within 4 hours of any call.
