Piedmont Candy Company has been a family operated company since 1890. As one of the oldest American candy companies, we take pride in producing the highest quality confections in our hometown of Lexington, NC. Our candy makers use the original recipe every day to handcraft our puffed candies and mints. Led by CEO Chris Reid, we produce 55,000 lbs. of candy a day making lives a little sweeter all over the world.
