PIHRA's mission is to provide communities, professional development, and resources to advance human resource professionals. The Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) is dedicated to the continuous enhancement of human resources through networking, learning, and advocacy. We serve the human resources industry with 17 chapters in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura.
