As a marketing communications professional with an emphasis on consumer lifestyle and beauty industries, Lin has worked for clients in various industries, ranging from startup to international public brand and B2B tech to luxury organic skincare. Lin launched her natural beauty career at 100% Pure after university as a PR / marketing & sales intern and since then has worked for MSLGROUP, a global public relations firm, as an account manager; Ayla, a San Francisco-based natural beauty retailer, as the customer guide and social media / events manager; and most recently, Bottega Organica, a luxury organic skincare brand, as the global marketing & sales director. She joined Bottega Organica shortly after its launch in 2014 and helped implement a strong foundation for its growth - social media following, global wholesale, customer base, online sales, and brand awareness. Within a year, she single-handedly opened 30 new retail accounts all across the globe and tripled online sales year-over-year. As the sole full-time employee at the company, Lin developed a deep understanding of what it's like to run the operations of a small company (and be a one-woman show!).
