Pittsburgh Botanic Garden

The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, a non-profit organization founded in 1988, has been making significant progress in reclaiming the 460 acre plot of land previously known by locals as Settlers Cabin. The site, formally the location of an abandoned mine, has experienced a significant face lift since the organization took on the project back in 1998.
