PK&E Builders is a full service designer, provider and installer of modular offices, modular buildings and mezzanines. We have over 30 years of experience with all types of modular structures, such as inplant offices, load bearing and two story offices. We also a complete line of cleanrooms and cleanroom accessories, partition walls, outdoor security buildings and guard shacks, ticket booths, and portable buildings. PK&E Builders is a fully licensed and insured State of Florida Certified General Contractor, CGC1510886, and is able to provide both modular pre-fabricated buildings, as well as conventionally built buildings. We work with several architects and designers, so we are able to produce the engineering documents necessary for permitting any structure. PK&E Builders is both capable, and comfortable with providing something as small as a 4'x 4' ticket booth, or a 6'x 8' inplant office, to a 6000sf two story office complex, that can include plumbing and HVAC.
