Formed in 2015, Place Partnership brings together the property expertise of six public sector authorities into one transformative company that acts as a joint property vehicle to achieve change. Our team has a deep understanding of the needs of the public sector and extensive experience across all aspects of property and estates management. By understanding and working closely with our customers, we deliver effective real estate solutions: maximising value and delivering high quality services which fulfil our clients' goals and ultimately enable transformative public sector delivery. We supply a range of services from strategic property management and technical services to asset, facilities and project management. Depending on the client's requirement we are able to assemble multi-functional teams, drawing on a wide range of differing skills, to produce bespoke packages of services for each of our customers. The company operates a centralised property database to ensure assets are managed efficiently and the opportunities for savings and collaborative procurement are maximised. Customers can contact our central Contact Centre for any queries or service needs and easily track the progress of their call via our online helpdesk system. By combining the property departments of its shareholders in a new company , Place Partnership uniquely delivers a greater range of technical expertise and resilience for its clients and shareholders, whilst also delivering high quality services and excellent levels of compliance.
