Pleasant View Realty was founded in 2002 by owners, Gail and Jim Kapellen. Gail has made real estate her life's work since 1979, and Jim joined the business in 1997. The couple's dream was to bring a personal, professional approach to real estate in their hometown of Plymouth, Wisconsin. They began with the simple motto, "Building Relationships on Trust ... Is Our Way of Doing Business."
