As we provided our services, Plus54 set out to establish structures that would complement the way the agency worked. In so doing, and through trial and error, we established processes that would work for any client who had previously been frustrated by keeping up with technology, working with freelancers, or working with "foreigners" in the off-shore space. The DigiKnow solution was a blend of US control through a strategy and account service team in Ohio and the cost savings of off-shore development with a technical team in our Buenos Aires office. We now offer that blend to other agencies with digital production needs.
