PNG Namba Wan Trophy Limited (PNG NWTL) is a family business, which started off being managed by family members like Mrs. Mary Leong Chew Foong as a Director, Mr. Allan Gui as Group Managing Director, and Mr. Jim K.A Gui as Group General Manager / Executive Director. With additional Divisions, PNG NWTL has a work force in excess of one thousand two hundred (1,200) employees, and of these, 92% are PNG Nationals with 8% being non PNG Nationals. The Company organization chart consist of Human Resource Department, Administration Department, Finance Department, and Security Department which supports all its retail Divisions.
