Transport Sector Support Program

TSSP continues to support work on the main trunk road in Bougainville that runs from Kokopau to Buin. TSSP is working with the Department of Technical Services in Bougainville to reseal the section of road from Morgan Junction to Tunuru on the approach to Arawa town. The project will seal two lay-by areas by the marketplaces at the entrance to Panguna. The approaches to four of the local bridges have also been resealed to maintain Bougainville's infrastructure.
