Polytype America provides service and support for our Swiss made Virtu RS and RR UV printers and the SwissQprint UV printers. In addition we provide service and support for the US made Liggett & Platt Virtu 36 and Virtu 72 UV printers. Telephone Support - We provide telephone support from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. On-site Support - We provide on-site service and telephone support. On-site service for out of warranty repair is charges at our prevailing labor rates and reasonable and actual travel expenses. Parts - We have a large inventory of spare parts for all the machines we sell and service and full access to the factory spare parts depots in Switzerland. Supplies - In addition to the spare parts inventory we stock all the ink and cleaning supplies for your printer.
