PolyWorks Inc. was founded in 2003 bringing together the combined experience of its founding partners. Located in North Smithfield, RI, our design and manufacturing team has extensive experience in designing and manufacturing products made with urethane foam, gels and flexible films. Our origin was in the foot care industry but quickly expanded to the medical, mattresses, consumer sports and consumer electronics market. Our manufacturing lines are custom designed to solve any challenge by manipulating the properties of urethanes, silicones, structured urethanes, gels, integrated bladder devices - or by combining them to form new composites. We open up a world of possibilities to make your products better. We have a full function R&D & Test facility that is totally dedicated to new and improved materials and processes. The PolyWorks team can design your parts and manufacture the tools needed to produce them. We can even manufacture the tools overnight so we can make your part the next day if so required. PolyWorks has continually invested in innovation and has an expanding intellectual property portfolio and customized processing equipment.
