About the Portland Pickles: The year 2015 sprung new growth in Portland baseball history with the birth of the Portland Pickles Baseball Club. Since then, the Portland Pickles have strived to make every baseball season the most fun, affordable, and family-friendly entertainment around. We aim to bring the world together at Walker Stadium through the spirit of baseball and highlight this great city with its amazing people. We strive to be unique, push boundaries, and pioneer the sport of baseball on and off the field. With neighborhood programs, host families and fundraising opportunities throughout the year, the Portland Pickles seek to unite and strengthen our community. About the Portland Gherkins: The Portland Gherkins are a collegiate wood-bat baseball team, and the official farm affiliate of the WCL Portland Pickles. They were founded in 2019, and will play their inaugural season in the summer of 2020. The Gherkins play a full home and away schedule against WCL and independent wood bat teams. Gherkins players will have the opportunity to showcase their talents and earn a spot on the Pickles roster. The Gherkins play their home games at Walker Stadium in Portland, OR.
