Port Ludlow Associates LLC owns and operates the only master-planned resort community in Washington at Port Ludlow-the last great waterfront resort community in the Pacific Northwest. We lead the development of the community with vision and insight that comes from years of experience, and strive to make environmentally responsible decisions that will preserve natural beauty of our surroundings for years to come. There are three different divisions within Port Ludlow Associates LLC, which are real estate, hospitality, and operations.
