Postmetria is an online platform for monitoring customer satisfaction with the SOCIAL NPS metric. It also monitors consumer satisfaction by collecting improvement tips for brands and products based on internet reviews and innovation is the actionable Social NPS metric, which calculates the degree of spontaneous recommendation and loyalty level of customers in Big Data from the internet. The company was Finalist and VIP startup at Open Innovation Week 2017 and Inovativa BR ciclo 2015. Postmetria was founded on December 29, 2014, and is headquartered in the Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
