As mentioned above, Potra Law Firm may assist certain professionals obtain a work visa, H-1B. The H-1B visa may be obtained by highly skilled professionals who have attained a college degree or, absent a college degree, the individual applying for the H-1B visa, must have at least fifteen years of experience in a certain profession. In addition, the applicant must have a High School Diploma and/or advanced training. This temporary work visa is granted for a period of three years and it can be extended for three more years. In the meantime, if you desire to obtain a permanent residency in the U.S., Potra Law Firm will assist and guide you in that direction. The H-1B may be obtained through the normal processing system, which may take between sixty to ninety days.
