We enable people to develop their personal and team cooperation skills through enjoyable engagement in the game experience. We help to boost teams' and individuals' understanding and focus on organizational goals and support the changes and team alignment processes required to achieve them. Founded in 2004, we were Poland's first provider of development programs based on management games and business simulations. In 2011 we created Experience Corner - the first online store in Poland to provide games and interactive tools for trainers, consultants and academics. We are the largest provider of game and simulation-based training tools and services and to date we have worked with over 10000 managers from across every organizational level. We are the only provider to have organized and conducted company meetings for several hundred participants using games and simulations. We have designed games on behalf of well-known global brands and our business simulations are utilized within prestigious MBA study programs. We train international institutions in addition to public administration and all our services are delivered in both English and Polish.
