Pragma was founded in the 90's in South Africa and has since grown into a global leading asset management service provider, offering permanent employment to more than 360 employees on 4 continents. We have developed numerous products and services like On Key Enterprise Asset Management system, Asset Care and Service Centres, Asset Management Improvement Plan (AMIP) and Pragma Academy. These products and services make our offering unique and successful in the market place. Pragma has consistently invested in its internal leadership and people development to make Pragma one of the best engineering companies to work for. We have been awarded the Deloitte Best Company To Work For award for 4 consecutive years in South Africa. We currently play a leading role in the development of the new ISO 55000 standard for asset management with Pragma heading up the SA delegation. We furthermore started a Pragma Physical Asset Management Award's programme where companies can participate and asses their asset management maturity. Recognition is given to participants at our annual international Physical Asset Management Thought Leadership Conference. Our global growth strategy is to enlarge our footprint in the BRICS countries. Our strong presence in Africa and Brazil are currently consolidated and we are now engaging with a partner in China to take The Pragma Way into the Chinese market.
