Precis Commissioning (PrecisCx) was founded by Kari Anne Donovan, PE, CxA, in 2014. The company is a WBENC Certified Women's Business Enterprise and third-party certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). PrecisCx provides third-party, independent commissioning and qualification to building owners and managers to ensure systems operate according to design intent while incorporating efficiencies and operational enhancements to increase client profitability and optimize performance. As an independently owned partner company to Precis Engineering, PrecisCx ensures the viable life cycle of building systems and components.
