Scholley is a strategic executive who has worked with many organizations across multiple industries to effectively support a company's vision, mission and financial goals. PREMIER HR SOLUTIONS' approach is to review and work with each company individually, developing strategies unique to their needs, culture and managerial preferences. Unlike many consulting firms, PREMIER HR SOLUTIONS' primary objective is to work with companies until their programs are established and then transition them to work with resources within their company.
