Premier Kids Care

Established in 1996, Premier Kids Care has serviced thousands of patients receiving growth hormone replacement therapy . We coordinate the continuum of care with the Pediatric Endocrinologist, patient, family, and insurance company case management team. Premier Kids Care offers all varieties of growth hormone products, as well as Lupron. PKC operates a call center that receives telephone calls for various requests regarding prescriptions, refills, general inquiries and complaints. The call center is staffed from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday, and all calls are received and handled live. After hours, our customer service representatives can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide various support and guidance to patients and families. Likewise, there is a pharmacist and a nurse available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies or clinical consultation.
