The core members of our management team are: As a CEO and our key promoter, Mr. Sudarshan, is responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership that drives Premium Global. Aged 62 years, he is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and with nearly 40 years' experience in the corporate world, he enjoys excellent Goodwill amongst his professional colleagues. He has been the Chairman of Indore branch of CIRC for two terms and has also been elected member of Central India Council and was Chairman of Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was awarded the "Order of Merit" in Management for the year 1992 by the Indian Council of Management Executives. Apart from being our key promoter, he is also the Chairman of the Group and provides his valuable guidance to the whole team and carves the roadmap for growth of the company. He has an extensive experience of more than 3 decades in the fields of Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Investments and project management. He is also the Director of Premium Global Securities Pvt. Ltd., a member of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the MCX-SX Stock Exchange ltd.
