Pressed Metal Corporation is a contract manufacturer specializing in stampings and fabrications in carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass copper, and plastic. We stock 100 Tons of material in house ranging in thickness from ¼" to 24Ga (.0239"), plus various bar stock sizes up to 1" thick, and shim steel. We maintain an extensive assortment of dies for punching, coping, cutoff (straight and radius), and forming. e also have tooling to produce Oil Gauges. There are many factors that can affect the quality of metal stampings and fabrications. t Pressed Metal we use only prime quality HRPO sheets and Class 1 CR sheets. e have our own Quality Assurance Manual. e also use Statistical Process Control where required. he most important factor in quality control is the machine operator. ur operators are experienced. hat experience translates into a quality part for you.
