Primary Care Connect

Primary Care Connect (PCC) is already a local leader in service provision. The organisation aims to further enhance service delivery by using an evidence based approach that improves inter-generational health, social and welfare outcomes. Primary Care Connect has recently established a GP SuperClinic that give rise to opportunities to increase the organisations capacity to respond to the needs of the community.
