PCM is an independent primary care only network with its largest participant, Phynet Inc., serving as the operable core of PCM to test and perfect an accountable care culture. PCM is unaffiliated with any hospital, insurance company or specialty physician organization. Our network of independent primary care providers operate in Northeast Texas, Western Louisiana and Southern Arkansas. Our management partner company provides the marketing, provider and network service management to both PCM and Phynet.
