Prime Power maintains a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles to provide 24/7/365 availability for rapid local and nationwide response, an emergency response process for which we take great pride. We maintain a large inventory of critical replacement parts and sub-assemblies that are ready to ship upon request to minimize customer downtime. Prime Power was established in 1983 and provides the most successful and committed engineering services and problem solving to our partners in the Health Care Industry, Data Center and Property Management Industries through building long term customer relationships, superior technical support and urgent customer responsiveness. For 30 years we have been the only EPSS Company in the southeast United States to employ a full staff of Electrical, Mechanical and Professional Engineers. These highly experienced professionals work closely with our fully trained field technicians to combine for exceptional EPSS mechanical service. The Project Team comprises electrical and mechanical engineers who have vast experience with more than 7 generator types and 13 different engine makes.
